SCDA Architects placed the residential tower beside the Janu hotel, with Wynn Marina on one side and the Arabian Gulf on the other. A separate entrance leads residents from the private drop-off to their own lobby.

Inside the residences
Floor-to-ceiling glazing opens the living spaces to the Gulf. Studio Munge designed the interiors, and Janu specifies furnishings by Aman Interiors.
